The tourist office is staffed by very helpful people, particulary Silvia, who took time and trouble to advise. Could not have done more. While we rely on the internet these days, it is better to talk to local experts face to face who always know the up to date information.!

Very mixed feelings here. I had heard wonderful things about Cagliari, but mostly I was really looking forward to seeing the historical buildings. I love historical buildings and learning about different cultures. We booked one of the bus tours, we loved the ear pieces which translated in different languages. Wonderful 😊. But we were so disappointed to see graffiti.... everywhere!!!! Any surface with the smallest amount of space was sprayed with absolute nonsense. On houses, shops even historical buildings.... So disappointed. Such a shame when the youth of this wonderful city have no respect for their own heritage. But tour itself was wonderful, informative and even had chances to stop and take pictures of the flamingos and the breathtaking views.

Staff here only gave out information on Cagliari city and in quite a brusque manner. When I asked about travel to other parts of Sardinia they informed me that they only supplied info on Cagliari and that I should go to the airport tourist office for information. Really!! In the capital city of the island they couldn't help me. Also, not everyone who visits Sardinia comes through Cagliari airport. Unhelpful and rude manners.

Just ok. The staff isn’t keen to communicate and help. Tourists come to info point to get more information, and not to stare at the brochures on the walls. I wish the staff was more willing to help.

I couldn't have survived Cagliari without the people in this office ! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable...They also speak pretty good English, which helps ....A real shout out to Davide who went above and beyond to be helpful ! :)

I went to ask for a ferry route map from Cagliari, unfortunately they didn’t have it (spite of being the principal port and city of the island), so I asked to the lady in the office if she knows if there is any ferry going close to the north since I was planing to go to Venice next, and she replied in a sarcastic way that “it wasn’t Venice tourist office, it was Cagliari and she cannot give that kind of information”. 🤯
